Started treatment for a long-time nagging neck-shoulder discomfort with Jesse. from the very first appointment, he took the time to not only help me feel progressively better after each visit, but also educated me on the importance of ‘off-visits’, self-care, and exercise routine. I’ve been through many other PT offices before, but I haven’t experienced the 1-1 care and attention I’ve received here. Someone is always closely observing your exercises to make sure that you use the correct technique. Kudos to Jesse, “Tine,” and everyone in the team who makes this a very professional, yet fun and relaxing, physical therapy office. I rated this a 5-star, but honestly it’s more like a 5-“Plus”!
I had a total hip replacement in mid February 2019. I started PT in middle March with Grant. As I had a posterior approach I could not go too crazy at first, but, Grant was great at adding just enough to keep the progression without having pain afterwards. Gavin was always there to keep me pushing and Emily’s quirky sense of humor always kept me smiling. Inspire Therapy kind of became like my family since I spent so much time there. I was a bit worried about their mislaid loyalty to the soccer games, but, the day I came in and they had the Masters on, my fears were put to rest..chuckle.
In all seriousness, I am glad I had the hip replacement and I am super glad I went to Inspire. Their humor was infectious even on my “bad” days. They cared about me not only as a patient, but, as a person. I had an excellent result and fun while I was doing it. I cannot say enough about the whole Inspire Team, from how they treat you when you first walk in to when you are in actual therapy.
When I started therapy with IPHT I could barely walk from the elevator to the therapy facility. After eight intensive sessions I am now able to walk for miles without pain. My quality of life has seriously improved. Thank you very much, Dr. Brouwer!
I had back severe back sprain in which I couldn’t even bend down to the floor or put on shoes or socks. Jesse went out of his way to accommodate my scheduled appointments and work on the spots that were giving me problems. His stretching exercises focused on those areas and after a few weeks I was back to normal doing the things that are quite demanding of a 66 year old man. The staff in addition were polite & professional. I would recommend Inspire to anyone in need of of Physical Therapy.
The staff here was amazing dealing with my car accident injuries. They are nice and caring and I will suggest them to anyone that needs physical therapy!
Total knee replacement on 10.31.18 at age 73. Started PT with Jesse as my primary therapist five days later, three days a week. The entire staff have become like family through my rehabilitation. Their easy going sense of humor, sincere concern for my pain and discomfort, and for sports fans, the collegiate rivalry and jesting, had me looking forward to the sessions. Jesse’s insight into my collateral rehabilitation issues was much appreciated and worked. Grant, Ricky, and Jesse laid hands on my knees. Gavin and Lindsay were always available to encourage and help. I recommend this office and staff without hesitation or reservation. Rehabilitation can almost be fun.
What a great bunch of people at the Valley office. They are all very professional, friendly, helpful, caring, and fun. What a great experience for my first time in therapy. I will recommend this office to everyone who needs therapy. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
I go to the Downtown office and I love it so much. I love the staff there and the service they give to the patience’s. They are always working hard to make sure everyone is getting the treatment they need and I love that so much. I really do recommend Spokane Occupational Hand Therapy to people.
I have been seeing Phil at the North office for about a year. I am really pleased with the care I received at Inspire. The care helps with my arthritis in my thumbs and keeps the settling and pain under control. I would highly recommend Inspire Physical and Hand Therapy to anyone who needs treatment.
